Your system includes free limited technical support, available in both English and Spanish.

While your system is refurbished, it is carefully tested and designed to provide years of reliable use. To keep your computer running smoothly, it’s important to protect it from viruses and other malware.

Each system comes with a black-and-white service label displaying your unique C2K System Number, which verifies your eligibility for free technical support. Please do not remove this label. If your computer ever requires service, this number must be provided to the C2K technical support team for your warranty coverage to apply. 

Label Examples

“Your system includes TeamViewer, a program that allows the C2K Technical Support Technician to remotely access your computer (only with your authorization) to provide limited technical support.

If you need to update your version of TeamViewer, click HERE save the file to your computer, and then run the program.”

Please note that C2K will never call you and ask you to pay money for technical support. If you receive an unsolicited call from someone claiming to be from C2K, asking for money, please call us directly at (858) 200-9784 Technical Support or (858) 200-9788 Programs before paying.
