Publicity Consent

I understand that C2K may use my name, photo, or story for promotional purposes, including but not limited to its website, newsletters, media coverage, and funding proposals.

Program Integrity

I understand that using this computer is a privilege, not a right. Any violations of these terms may result in the loss of the donated technology and potential legal action if applicable.

Warranty Information

C2K computers come with a one-year limited technical support warranty. The warranty does not cover:
a) Installation of new operating systems or hardware
b) Viruses from inappropriate software or websites
c) Damage from drops, spills, collisions, electrical surges, or intentional harm
d) Normal wear, cosmetic damage, fire damage, theft, or loss
