C2K is proud to provide you with refurbished technology to support your educational and personal development. To receive and use this computer, you agree to the following guidelines:<\/p>

No Resale<\/h3>

I agree not to sell this computer for personal gain or the gain of others. If I no longer want the computer, I will return it to C2K.<\/p>

Software Use<\/h3>

I understand that the software on this device is protected by copyright laws. Therefore:
a) I will not make unauthorized copies of software from the computer.
b) I will not give, lend, or sell software unless I have written permission from the copyright owner or the software is clearly identified as shareware or in the public domain.<\/p>

Use for Educational Purposes<\/h3>

I understand the technology is intended for educational use and to support C2K\u2019s mission. Therefore:
a) I will not transmit materials that violate any applicable laws, including copyrighted, threatening, obscene, or confidential information.
b) I will not use the computer to disturb or harass others through unwanted communications or other means.<\/p>

Publicity Consent<\/h3>

I understand that C2K may use my name, photo, or story for promotional purposes, including but not limited to its website, newsletters, media coverage, and funding proposals.<\/p>

Program Integrity<\/h3>

I understand that using this computer is a privilege, not a right. Any violations of these terms may result in the loss of the donated technology and potential legal action if applicable.<\/p>

Warranty Information<\/h3>

C2K computers come with a one-year limited technical support warranty. The warranty does not cover:
a) Installation of new operating systems or hardware
b) Viruses from inappropriate software or websites
c) Damage from drops, spills, collisions, electrical surges, or intentional harm
