Before receiving computers from Computers 2 Kids, they relied on library laptops that had to be returned every two weeks, making it difficult to keep up with their college coursework.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"915\">The computers are also opening new opportunities for their children. Ten-year-old Rosemary, an aspiring young writer, can now type stories like her new book, <em data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"840\">The Roller Coaster Problem<\/em>, from home, while eight-year-old James Jr. can practice his school skills.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"1106\">\u201cWe want to say a huge thank you to Cox for sponsoring this event.
