Tech Up Workforce Development

Empowering Youth for Careers in IT & Logistics

TECHUP is a paid workforce development program designed to equip young adults (ages 18–26) with real-world technical skills and hands-on experience, preparing them for sustainable careers in Information Technology and Logistics. Interns earn $22/hour while gaining industry-relevant training, mentorship, and job placement support.

What TECHUP Offers

6–12 Month Paid Internship

Hands-On Training: Refurbishing computers, diagnosing hardware, warehouse operations, and more

Industry Certifications: Supported through partnerships with ICOHS College

Mentorship & Coaching: Resume building, career pathway development, and one-on-one support

Wrap-Around Support: Helping interns stay on track with both personal and professional goals

Bridge the Digital Divide: Every intern advances their career and contributes to equity in action.

Real Community Impact: Each intern refurbishes at least 148 computers for underserved families
